  1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales Or Management, With A Focus On Hemophilia Or Rare Disease Products.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Southern New England Market, Including Key Healthcare Institutions And Key Opinion Leaders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And/Or Management In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Demonstrated Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Sales Representatives.
