  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth for Sanofi's Hemophilia division.
  2. Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Hemophilia market, including physicians, hospitals, and patient advocacy groups.
  3. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they are effectively promoting and selling Sanofi's Hemophilia products.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.

Job Qualifications
