- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for the Allegra brand.
- Monitor and analyze digital market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall brand objectives and business goals.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media, to drive brand engagement and conversions.
- Oversee the brand's website and social media channels, ensuring they are regularly updated with relevant and engaging content.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute digital initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for the brand.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the global digital marketing team to share best practices and align on global digital strategies.
- Represent the Allegra brand at industry conferences and events, and build relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's values and messaging.
- Mentor and train junior team members on digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry, including HIPAA and FDA regulations.
- Continuously monitor and improve the user experience on all digital channels to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients and healthcare professionals.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Digital Media, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Brand Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Digital Marketing Campaigns And Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Analytics, Seo, And Social Media Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
