
Agile Procurement Associate

- Develop and implement agile procurement strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop solutions.

- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on procurement activities.
- Monitor and track procurement projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in procurement processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in procurement practices.
- Train and mentor team members on agile procurement strategies and processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support the company's mission and goals.
- Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with suppliers and other external stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the procurement team.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Agile Procurement Methodologies And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Adapt To Changing Priorities.
