  1. Facilitate agile ceremonies: Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  2. Coach and mentor teams: Provide guidance and support to agile teams to help them understand and adopt agile principles, values, and practices.
  3. Monitor team progress: Track and monitor team progress towards achieving sprint goals and overall project objectives, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  4. Identify and resolve impediments: Proactively identify and address any obstacles or blockers that may hinder the team's progress and work towards finding solutions.
  5. Foster a collaborative environment: Encourage a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team, promoting a safe and trusting environment for open communication and feedback.
  6. Promote agile best practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest agile methodologies and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team to continuously improve their ways of working.
  7. Facilitate communication with stakeholders: Act as a liaison between the agile team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication to manage expectations and address any concerns.
  8. Drive continuous improvement: Continuously assess and improve the team's agile processes and practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Collaborate with other agile facilitators: Work closely with other agile facilitators within the organization to share learnings and best practices, and promote consistency in agile implementation.
  10. Lead by example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to agile principles and values, serving as a role model for the team and inspiring a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Agile Methodologies - The Ideal Candidate For An Agile Facilitator Job At Sanofi Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles, Frameworks, And Practices. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Implementing Agile In Various Projects And Teams.

  • Strong Facilitation And Coaching Skills - As An Agile Facilitator, This Role Requires The Ability To Facilitate Meetings, Workshops, And Discussions Effectively. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Coaching Teams And Individuals On Agile Practices And Guiding Them Towards Continuous Improvement.

  • Project Management Experience - Sanofi's Agile Facilitator Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management, Including Experience In Managing Agile Projects. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Project Management Tools And Techniques And The Ability To Apply Them In An Agile Context.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills - An Agile Facilitator Needs To Be An Excellent Communicator And Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Ideas And Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner To Different Audiences.

  • Ability To Adapt And Drive Change - Sanofi's Agile Facilitator Should Be Adaptable And Able To Work In A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Environment. They Should Have Experience In Driving Organizational Change And Promoting A Culture Of Continuous Improvement Within Teams And The Wider Organization.
