  1. Collaborate with the A2R team to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize accounting and reporting processes.
  2. Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  3. Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  4. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all accounting and reporting activities.
  5. Communicate with various stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners, to gather information and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to accounting and reporting processes.
  8. Complete assigned tasks and projects within given deadlines.
  9. Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  11. Act as a positive representative of Sanofi and promote our mission and values.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and drive process efficiencies across departments.
  13. Generate reports and presentations to communicate progress, results, and recommendations to management.
  14. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  15. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  16. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  17. Continuously evaluate and streamline processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  18. Support the team with any other tasks or projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma.

  • Prior Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Is Preferred.
