Sales Assistant

Sandro Paris is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team and help us provide excellent customer service to our clients. As a Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for creating an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for each customer. You should have a passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of retail experience, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving skills in order to identify and troubleshoot customer needs. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and helping customers find the right items.
2. Ensure that merchandise is attractively displayed and well-maintained.
3. Help customers complete their transactions and process returns and exchanges.
4. Assist with store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, merchandising, stock management and inventory control.
5. Develop a thorough understanding of product knowledge to ensure accurate answers to customer inquiries.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases and transactions.
7. Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
8. Participate in team meetings and store activities.
9. Assist in the training and development of new Sales Assistants.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
