Sales Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Sandro Paris. As a Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our store, helping us to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Previous experience in retail is an asset, however we are willing to train the right individual. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in locating items and providing information about products and services.
2. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as policies regarding payment and exchanges.
3. Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers at the end of the shift.
4. Receive and process merchandise, restock shelves, and rotate stock as needed.
5. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering solutions.
6. Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
7. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
8. Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
9. Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
10. Remain up-to-date on products offered, as well as fashion trends.
