Sandro Paris is a leader in luxury fashion, and we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team! We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about fashion and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.To succeed in this role, the Sales Assistant must have a friendly and positive attitude, as well as the ability to work productively with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure and who is able to adjust quickly to dynamic customer needs. In addition to having excellent customer service skills, the successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of the Sandro Paris product range, be familiar with the latest fashion trends, and possess a keen eye for detail.If you feel you have the qualifications and skills necessary to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
Assist customers in making product selections and purchases
Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Operate the cash register and handle payments
Process and package customer orders
Maintain product displays and use visual merchandising techniques
Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves
Ensure store is clean and tidy
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Maintain strong knowledge of Sandro Paris product range
Remain up to date with the latest fashion trends
Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures
Assist with other tasks as necessary
