Product Team Realization Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Product Team Realization Team Lead to join the team at Sandia National Laboratories. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and motivated team that is responsible for ensuring the successful realization of products for government and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of product development, engineering, and product realization processes and be an exceptional leader and mentor. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in product development and/or realizations. Strong knowledge of product development, testing, and customer support processes is required. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a must. The successful candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work closely and build relationships with other teams and stakeholders. Finally, the successful candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.
