Advanced Degree In Mechanical Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Master's Or Phd Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field. This Level Of Education Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Mechanical Principles And The Ability To Apply Them In A Complex Research Environment.
