We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Benefits - Health Plans and Open Enrollment to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in the design, administration, and communication of our comprehensive health plans and lead the open enrollment process for our employees. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing top-notch benefits to our employees and has a strong background in benefits management.   1. Develop and implement strategies for the design, administration, and communication of the organization's health plans.
  2. Lead and manage the open enrollment process for all employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration to continuously improve the organization's offerings.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of benefits programs with other HR initiatives.
  5. Manage relationships with external benefit providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
  6. Analyze and report on the effectiveness and cost of current benefits programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  7. Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records.
  8. Develop and deliver communications to employees regarding benefit plans, changes, and updates.
  9. Provide guidance and support to employees on all benefit-related inquiries and concerns.
  10. Train and manage a team of benefits specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  11. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
  12. Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related expenses.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the organization's benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and meet the needs of employees.
  14. Represent the organization at benefits fairs and other events to promote and educate employees on available benefits.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the benefits team and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Benefits Management, Specifically With Health Plans And Open Enrollment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa And Aca.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Communication Strategies For Open Enrollment And Benefits Changes.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Vendor Relationships.
