1. Develop and implement strategies for the design, administration, and communication of the organization's health plans.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of benefits programs with other HR initiatives.

14. Represent the organization at benefits fairs and other events to promote and educate employees on available benefits.
