Job Description

Sandia National Laboratories is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Director of Employee Health Services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably in a leadership role, and a strong passion for helping employees lead healthier lives. This individual will be responsible for managing and leading the Employee Health Services team at Sandia National Laboratories.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of health services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement innovative health promotion initiatives. They will possess strong organizational and team-building skills, and the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines. They will also be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have a track record of developing strategies that improve health outcomes for employees. Additionally, the candidate should have a Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field, preferably in Public Health. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of Sandia National Laboratories’ employees.
