Safety Security Officer

San Juan Regional Medical Center is looking for an experienced Safety Security Officer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Safety Security Officer will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license, a clean criminal record, and previous experience in security. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. A commitment to customer service and the ability to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations is also a must. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff by patrolling the premises and monitoring CCTV cameras.
2. Respond quickly and appropriately to any security breaches or emergencies.
3. Investigate incidents and file reports as necessary.
4. Assist in implementing and enforcing security policies and protocols.
5. Ensure all entrances and exits are secure and properly monitored.
6. Monitor and maintain safety and security equipment.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, visitors, and staff.
8. Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
9. Remain alert and aware of any suspicious activities.
10. Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
