Radiologic Technologist

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various imaging exams using ionizing radiation and imaging equipment.The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology and a valid state license. Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is also a must. Responsibilities: -Perform radiologic exams using ionizing radiation and imaging equipment. -Maintain state licensure in radiologic technology. -Provide patient care and safety in a professional manner. -Assist with patient positioning and explain the procedure to the patient. -Develop quality radiographs for radiologist interpretation. -Maintain/calibrate equipment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. -Maintain patient records, logs, and reports in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. -Follow departmental protocols to ensure efficient workflow. -Perform other duties as assigned.
