Job Description

This position provides a strategic thinker, possessing strong analytical and management skills, the opportunity to play a leadership role in driving the strategy that will shape the future of this hair beauty market leader. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement growth programs and strategic initiatives, with a specific focus on innovation. Introduce, explore & present justification for new business initiatives and investments, including M&A and business development opportunities. Establish long range and annual planning processes and success metrics. Help to facilitate strategic offsites with Senior Team and business owners and future state scenario planning brainstorms with top executives. Maintain intelligence on competitor and market trends. Build and lead strategy team in accomplishing objectives, providing project guidance and helping their professional growth.

Job Qualifications

Advanced degree or 3-5 years’ experience in the field of strategy
Consulting experience required
