Credit Collections Representative

Our Credit Collections Rep will be responsible for all collection efforts regarding charge based accounts 30-60 days deliquent, and all non-charge based account receivables. Direct communication with customer including collection calls, follow up calls, and email notifications when available. Account analysis and balance reconciliation for all internal and external customer inquiries. Written communication with customer including processing, printing and mailing deliquent letters. Maintaining a target receivables goal, while communicating with management potential risks both current and future.
