Benefits Specialist
- Handle all benefit related calls from employees
- Review and approve/deny employee qualifying life events
- Work with 3rd party broker to resolve benefit disputes with insurance carriers
- Handle all aspects of open enrollment
- Performs all insurance invoice reconciliation and billing to stations
- Manage Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts
- Audits of HRIS benefit deductions for consistency and accuracy
- Data input/approval of benefit elections and deductions
- Benefits related communication campaigns
Must have minimum 3 years of experience managing all day to day benefits
Must be able to multitask and prioritize
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
