Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workflow Coordinator at Salem Health.   1. Coordinate and oversee the workflow of various departments within the healthcare organization.
  2. Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement new workflows and processes.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Monitor and track progress of projects and workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks in the workflow and provide solutions.
  7. Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of workflow changes and updates.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve workflows.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and policies.
  11. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to management on workflow progress and improvements.
  14. Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
  15. Act as a representative of the organization and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Workflow Coordination Role.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Departments And Personnel.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Joint Commission Requirements.
