Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Workflow Coordination Role.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Departments And Personnel.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Joint Commission Requirements.
