Salem Health is seeking a skilled Solution Center Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play an essential role in providing our customers with exceptional service as they navigate through our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and customer service skills, as well as the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding Salem Health’s products and services.
  2. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to resolve their issues.
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  4. Maintain customer databases and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and take proactive steps to improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Provide technical support to customers in navigating through Salem Health’s products and services.
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
  8. Identify trends in customer inquiries and recommend process improvements.
  9. Assist with training new Solution Center Operators.
  10. Remain up to date on changes and updates to Salem Health’s products and services.
