Referral Specialist

Responsibilites:

1. Manage the referral process, including responding to inquiries and ensuring referrals are completed in a timely manner.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians and other referral sources.
3. Utilize electronic medical records systems to maintain patient referral information.
4. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
5. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all referrals.
6. Assist with the resolution of any referral-related issues.
7. Track and report on referral trends.
8. Monitor patient wait times for referrals.
9. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
10. Respond to patient inquiries regarding referrals in a timely manner.
