Provider Recruiter

Salem Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Provider Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about recruiting and building relationships, has a strong customer service focus, and is committed to helping us drive our mission to provide exceptional care to our patients and community.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in provider recruitment and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Additionally, they must have the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality providers for Salem Health.
2. Actively source, screen, and assess potential providers for Salem Health.
3. Conduct interviews of prospective providers and provide guidance and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
4. Develop relationships with internal departments, stakeholders and external partners to ensure a positive experience for all providers.
5. Develop and implement strategies to market and promote Salem Health to potential providers.
6. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and track progress of all providers.
7. Manage the onboarding process for new providers, including orientation and set up of their practice.
8. Monitor provider compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to provider recruitment.
10. Provide regular reports to leadership on progress and results of the provider recruitment program.
