  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality primary care services to patients in accordance with evidence-based practices.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments and gather relevant medical history to accurately diagnose and treat patients.
  4. Prescribe and administer medications as needed, following all safety protocols and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Certification As A Family Nurse Practitioner Or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience In Primary Care Setting.

  • Current And Unrestricted State License To Practice As An Advanced Practice Provider.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Multidisciplinary Team.
