Job Description

Salem Health is looking for a passionate Patient Advocate to join our team! As a Patient Advocate, you will provide support and advocacy to our patients throughout their experience. You will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to help them navigate their healthcare journey.This position requires excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have an empathetic and professional demeanor with a dedication to providing a safe and supportive environment for our patients. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, three years of experience in healthcare or customer service, and a proven track record of successful advocacy.If you are an experienced Patient Advocate who is devoted to helping patients receive the care and services they need, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
