Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

Salem Health is looking for an experienced and organized Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with a passion for financial analysis and a drive to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and communities. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; 3+ years of experience leading a financial planning and analysis team; and strong technical skills. You must be proficient in financial planning and analysis software and comfortable with developing complex spreadsheets. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and oversee the financial planning and analysis operations of Salem Health.
2. Provide guidance to the financial planning and analysis team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
3. Analyze financial data and develop complex financial models and spreadsheets.
4. Monitor financial performance and develop action plans to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Lead the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgeting activities.
6. Analyze financial information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Provide guidance on financial planning and analysis best practices.
8. Review financial reports and ensure accuracy of data and information.
9. Maintain a customer focus to ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are met.
10. Lead the development of financial policies and procedures.
