Insurance AR Specialist

4. Manage patient accounts by verifying and entering data into the billing system.
5. Adhere to all applicable coding and billing regulations, including HIPAA and other federal and state guidelines.
6. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
8. Maintain a working knowledge of common insurance billing software and other healthcare technology.
9. Perform periodic audits of billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
10. Create and maintain accurate records for all patient accounts.
