Information Security Analyst

Salem Health is searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Information Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing information security risks and implementing security controls to protect the organization's IT systems and data. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security protocols, as well as experience developing and managing security policies and procedures. We are looking for an individual with strong problem solving and communication skills who can work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the safety and security of Salem Health’s IT systems and data. Responsibilities:

1. Identify, analyze, and manage information security risks.
2. Implement security controls to protect Salem Health’s IT systems and data.
3. Develop and manage security policies and procedures.
4. Utilize strong problem solving skills to identify and solve security issues.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security protocols and industry trends.
6. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure security of IT systems and data.
7. Monitor system usage to detect security threats.
8. Respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
9. Create reports and documentation to track security incidents and risk mitigation efforts.
