Epic Analyst

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is committed to providing an unparalleled patient experience. You will be responsible for providing support to end users in the use of our Epic EHR system, ensuring that our staff is able to confidently and efficiently use the software to meet the needs of our patients.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare information systems, with a focus on Epic, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. If you are up to the challenge, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to end users in the use of Epic EHR system.
2. Troubleshoot any issues with the system.
3. Ensure staff is able to confidently and efficiently use the software to meet the needs of patients.
4. Maintain a solid understanding of healthcare information systems, with a focus on Epic.
5. Provide excellent customer service to all users.
6. Ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
7. Create and update documentation and training materials as needed.
8. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
