Job Description

Salem Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engineering Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and regulatory compliance support for all engineering activities. To be successful in this position, you will need a deep knowledge of engineering principles and regulations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze engineering activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  2. Identify issues and recommend solutions to ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Maintain and update engineering compliance records and documents.
  4. Monitor and evaluate engineering projects to ensure compliance with regulations.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of engineering procedures and processes.
  6. Provide technical and regulatory guidance to engineering teams.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  8. Participate in internal and external audits and review of regulatory compliance.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with engineering and compliance stakeholders.
  10. Communicate effectively with engineering teams and other stakeholders.
