1. Manage the distribution of medical supplies and equipment throughout the Salem Health healthcare system.
2. Ensure accurate and timely distribution of products throughout Salem Health.
3. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
4. Maintain records of distribution and inventory levels.
5. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
6. Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Follow all safety protocols and best practices in the handling of medical supplies and equipment.
8. Identify areas for efficiency improvements in the distribution process.
9. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
10. Develop and implement strategies for improving distribution efficiency.
