Clinic Supervisor

Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting • Train and supervise medical staff, including nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals • Ensure all patient care is provided in a safe and effective manner • Ensure all clinic operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic • Monitor patient flow and ensure timely and efficient care • Provide feedback to staff on performance and quality of care • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers • Monitor and maintain clinic supplies and equipment • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or patient issues that arise • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and take steps to improve customer service • Create reports and analyze data related to clinic operations
