Salem Health is excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced and organized Clinic Supervisor to join our team. We're looking for a leader with excellent people skills, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for providing superb patient care.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the clinic, managing staff, and ensuring all operations are running smoothly. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of experience working in a clinic setting and a valid nursing license in the state of Oregon. You must have the ability to troubleshoot issues, build relationships with staff and patients, and maintain high standards of patient care. Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting • Train and supervise medical staff, including nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals • Ensure all patient care is provided in a safe and effective manner • Ensure all clinic operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic • Monitor patient flow and ensure timely and efficient care • Provide feedback to staff on performance and quality of care • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers • Monitor and maintain clinic supplies and equipment • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or patient issues that arise • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and take steps to improve customer service • Create reports and analyze data related to clinic operations
