Salem Health is looking for a motivated and customer-service-oriented Biomedical Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our world-class team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all preventative maintenance tasks on medical equipment in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities:

  1. Perform preventative maintenance on medical equipment in a timely manner in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with medical equipment.
  3. Perform repairs and adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance of medical equipment.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  6. Stay up to date with relevant safety regulations and best practices.
  7. Participate in on-going training and development opportunities.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work space.
  9. Work closely with the biomedical engineering team to ensure all medical equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
