Job Description

Salem Health is looking for an experienced, compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Medical Surgical Oncology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of healthcare providers to provide superior patient care. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, organized, and motivated leader with a commitment to excellence in patient care and service.The Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Medical Surgical Oncology department, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, coordinating staffing, and providing support to staff. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided in accordance with established standards of practice.Qualifications include: • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university• Five years of experience in the medical/surgical field • Two years of experience in a leadership role• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the state of Oregon • CPR certification • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care If you are a collaborative leader with a passion for patient care, we want to hear from you!
