Saint Francis Health System is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Workday Functional Analyst I - Benefits. As a member of our Human Resources team, you will play a critical role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Workday system to support our employee benefits programs.   1. Implement and maintain Workday system to support employee benefits programs.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues related to employee benefits.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Stay up-to-date on Workday functionality and new releases to ensure optimization of the system.
  5. Train and support HR team members on Workday processes and procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
  7. Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors to integrate and optimize benefits programs within Workday.
  9. Provide technical expertise and support for system upgrades and enhancements.
  10. Participate in testing and implementation of new system features and functionality.
  11. Continuously evaluate and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality and provide guidance to HR team members.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Workday Hris, With A Focus On Benefits Module.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Data Management.

  • Ability To Analyze And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues In Workday.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
