- Provide technical support and guidance for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday benefits system.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of benefits processes by utilizing technology and analyzing data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the Workday benefits system.
- Develop and maintain documentation for benefits processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to benefits administration and Workday system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to benefits data in the Workday system.
- Train and support HR and benefits staff on the use of the Workday benefits system.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to benefits administration.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, HR staff, and external vendors, to ensure a seamless benefits experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday, Specifically In The Benefits Module.
Strong Understanding Of Hr And Benefits Processes, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Needs Into System Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
