- Lead and manage a team of analysts to effectively support the data and analytics needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of the organization.

- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and objectives for the enterprise analytics function and develop plans to achieve them.
- Develop and manage the budget for the enterprise analytics department.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the progress and impact of data-driven strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to data management and analytics.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the enterprise analytics team.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Analytics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Analytics Or Data Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data Systems, Including Emr, Data Warehouses, And Reporting Tools.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Data Analysts And/Or Developers.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
