  1. Supervise daily operations of the Administrative Patient Logistic Center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care services.
  2. Lead, train, and coach a team of administrative staff to provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients.
  3. Create and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  4. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and addressing any performance issues.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and coordinated patient care.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the patient logistics center.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  8. Handle patient and family inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for patient care.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the patient care experience.
  11. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new administrative staff.
  12. Ensure compliance with all organizational and regulatory standards.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on center operations and performance.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Patient Logistics And Scheduling Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.

  • Proven Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
