- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and present findings to stakeholders.
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency through data analysis.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions to support their objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for data-driven initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
- Train and mentor team members on data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations in handling sensitive healthcare data.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data infrastructure supports the needs of the strategic analytics team.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Advanced Degree In Analytics Or Related Field: A Strategic Analytics Partner At Saint Francis Health System Should Possess A Graduate Degree In Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Or A Related Field. This Ensures A Strong Foundation In Analytical Methodologies And Tools.
Experience In Healthcare Analytics: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Analytics, Preferably In A Hospital Or Health System Setting. This Experience Should Include Analyzing And Interpreting Large Datasets, Developing Predictive Models, And Presenting Insights To Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Technical Skills: The Strategic Analytics Partner Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Statistical And Analytical Methodologies, As Well As Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, R, And Python. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Visualization Tools And Dashboard Development.
Business Acumen: In Addition To Strong Analytical Skills, The Ideal Candidate Should Also Possess A Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Business Operations And Strategies. This Includes Knowledge Of Key Performance Indicators, Revenue Cycle Management, And Healthcare Regulations.
Communication And Collaboration: The Strategic Analytics Partner Will Be Responsible For Presenting Complex Data Insights To A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Executives, Physicians, And Department Heads.
