
Social Media Coordinator
Saint Francis Health System is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our presence on social media platforms and developing content that increases our brand awareness, followers, and engagement.Our ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and digital marketing, have experience with social media best practices, and be someone who enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques. You should be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.If you’re the type of person who loves coming up with creative ideas and engaging content, and you’re dedicated to helping us reach our goals, then this could be the role for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field• At least two years of experience in social media and digital marketing• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and plan that increases our brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and optimize our presence on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and manage original content that is creative, engaging, and in line with our brand.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new opportunities for engaging with our followers.
- Monitor and report on relevant metrics to measure the success of our social media campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure our messaging is consistent and aligned with our brand.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in social media and digital marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers in our industry.
