Senior Compliance Analyst

Saint Francis Health System is searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare compliance role. The Senior Compliance Analyst must be a proactive problem solver, have an understanding of compliance regulations, and be self-motivated to support the organization's compliance program. In addition, the qualified candidate must have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, the ability to monitor and analyze changing regulations, and have the ability to interpret and apply them to the organization. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and have experience in a highly regulated industry. Having a certification such as the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or other related certifications is highly desirable. 9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
