The ideal candidate will also have 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least two years of experience in an educational or leadership role. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that promote excellence in clinical practice and professional development.
2. Maintain current knowledge of nursing practice standards and patient safety regulations.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data collection and analysis.
4. Provide support to nursing staff in the use of clinical software and other technology tools.
5. Develop and implement orientation programs for new nursing staff.
6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
7. Participate in nursing research projects and initiatives.
8. Facilitate nursing education seminars and workshops.
9. Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
