Job Description

Saint Francis Health System is looking for a Revenue Cycle Trainer to join our team and help us optimize our revenue cycle processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and teaching and will be able to quickly assess and understand our current revenue cycle operations. The Revenue Cycle Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering revenue cycle training programs, providing subject matter expertise, and serving as a resource for staff.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle operations setting, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a strong understanding of insurance claims processes. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.If you are a motivated and knowledgeable training professional with a passion for helping people and want to make a difference in healthcare, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive revenue cycle training programs to staff.
  2. Provide subject matter expertise on revenue cycle operations and insurance claims processes.
  3. Serve as a resource for staff on revenue cycle related questions and issues.
  4. Evaluate existing revenue cycle processes to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle operations.
  6. Create and maintain training materials and documents.
  7. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes within the revenue cycle industry.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  10. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with staff.
  11. Monitor compliance with revenue cycle regulations and practices.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve revenue cycle related issues.
