- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and researchers to develop and implement research protocols and initiatives.
- Maintain and update all necessary documents and records related to research projects.
- Screen and recruit eligible participants for research studies.
- Obtain informed consent from study participants and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
- Coordinate and schedule all research-related procedures and appointments for study participants.
- Collect and analyze data, and report findings to the research team.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols.
- Communicate with study sponsors and funding agencies to provide updates on research progress.
- Educate and train other healthcare professionals on research protocols and procedures.
- Participate in research-related meetings, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on current trends and developments in the field.
- Maintain a clean and organized research workspace.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control measures.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to study participants throughout the research process.
- Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement in research processes and procedures.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines to protect the privacy of study participants and their data.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited University
Valid And Current Rn License In The State Of Oklahoma
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Research Methodologies And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
