Registered Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering direct patient care in our dialysis unit, while also providing education and support for our patients and their families.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and be licensed in the state of Oklahoma. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in dialysis nursing, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

1. Deliver direct patient care in our dialysis unit, as well as provide education and support for our patients and their families.
2. Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
3. Maintain accurate patient records and monitor patient progress.
4. Ensure all patient care is compliant with the standards of practice of the state of Oklahoma.
5. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to keep current with best practices and developments in the field.
6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
7. Provide compassionate and understanding care to patients and their families.
8. Adhere to all administrative and clinical protocols.
