Pharmacist

Our Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring that all prescriptions are accurately filled and that all pharmaceuticals are safely and properly dispensed. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution, an active license to practice pharmacy in Oklahoma, and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities of the Pharmacist:

1. Verify the accuracy of prescriptions and ensure they are filled in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all pharmaceuticals and the latest developments in the field of pharmacy.
3. Counsel patients on the use of medications and recommend appropriate dosages.
4. Answer patient inquiries and provide advice on drug interactions, side effects, and other relevant topics.
5. Ensure all pharmaceuticals are properly stored and handled in accordance with safety regulations.
6. Manage inventory of medications and order new supplies as needed.
7. Enter patient information and other relevant data into the computer system.
8. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals.
9. Participate in continuing education activities to stay current on new developments in the field.
10. Assist the pharmacy team in providing excellent patient care.
