- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care.
- Act as a liaison between patients and hospital staff, advocating for the needs and preferences of patients.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve the patient experience.
- Address and resolve any patient complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on hospital policies and procedures to effectively communicate them to patients and their families.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients.
- Provide support to patients and their families during difficult or emotional situations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the patient experience.
- Represent the hospital in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Patient-Facing Role Within A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Staff.
Knowledge Of Patient Satisfaction Surveys And Ability To Analyze Data To Identify Areas For Improvement.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail In Order To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
