
Office Coordinator - Talent Development
The Saint Francis Health System is looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator - Talent Development to join our team. The Office Coordinator - Talent Development will work with senior leadership in the Talent Development department to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can bring a positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills to the team.The successful candidate for this position must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively. They must also possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as an aptitude for problem-solving and analyzing complex situations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Finally, the Office Coordinator - Talent Development must have a minimum of two years' experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve office operations and procedures
- Track, prioritize, and manage projects and tasks for senior leadership in the Talent Development department
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- Coordinate and maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Manage and coordinate the daily workflow of the office
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage office expenses
- Foster a positive work environment and professional relationships with staff and customers
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
At Least Years Of Experience In Human Resources
Talent Management Or Related Field
Knowledge Of Performance Management Principles
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines
Experience In Developing And Delivering Presentations
Highly Organized And Detail-Oriented
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
