1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse in the Recovery Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
2. Monitor patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels, and report any abnormalities to the registered nurse.
3. Assist with patient positioning and comfort measures, such as repositioning, applying ice packs, and providing warm blankets.
4. Collect and document patient data, including intake and output, weight, and other vital signs.
5. Assist with patient transfers and transportation to and from the PACU.
6. Observe patients' behavior and report any changes to the registered nurse.
7. Assist with post-operative interventions, such as administering medications and changing dressings.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
9. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
