  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the General Neuroscience department.
  2. Assist nursing staff with daily tasks, such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and providing comfort measures.
  3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  5. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Nursing Assistant Or Patient Care Technician Program.

  • Current Certification As A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Patient Care Technician (Pct).

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In An Acute Care Or Neuroscience Unit.

  • Strong Understanding Of Basic Nursing Principles And Procedures, Including Vital Signs Monitoring, Patient Hygiene, And Documentation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families.
