Certification Or Licensure: A Nurse Technician - Continuous Visual Observation At Saint Francis Health System Must Possess A Valid Certification Or Licensure As A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn). This Ensures That The Individual Has Undergone Proper Training And Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Duties Of A Nurse Technician.
Prior Experience: Saint Francis Health System Prefers Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Nurse Technician Or In A Related Healthcare Role. This Experience Provides A Solid Foundation For The Individual To Perform The Duties Of A Nurse Technician Efficiently And Effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Nurse Technician, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: A Nurse Technician - Continuous Visual Observation At Saint Francis Health System Must Be Able To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously. This Includes Monitoring Patients, Documenting Observations, And Assisting With Patient Care Under The Supervision Of A Registered Nurse (Rn).
